2012 Latsis Symposium

For the Latsis Symposium 2012, there is no registration fee. However, a registration is required because the total number of participants is limited to 200 persons. However, additionally there will be live-streaming of the talks into lecture hall NO C60.

Participants, who have registered for the Satellite Workshop, can attend the Latsis Symposium free of charge, without additional registration.

There is a very limited possibility for 3-6 contributed talks (30 min) on every day of the Latsis Symposium. Contributed talks will be selected by the organizers from all submissions to the Satellite Workshop, on a competitive basis. As a reward for being selected, we offer a grant of CHF 500 to support travel and lodging. However, participation without a contribution is most welcome for the Latsis Symposium.


Satellite Workshop & 2012 Latsis Symposium

The Satellite workshop offers slots for 9 contributed talks on each of the three parallel tracks. Participants, who wish to give a contributed talk are asked to provide an abstract of max 500 words (plain TXT) during registration. Further, there is an extended poster session of 120 min during the workshop. Submissions which cannot be considered as contributed talks will be assigned to the poster session by the organizers.

There is a registration fee of CHF 80 for the Satellite workshop, to be paid by every participant. This covers the lunch during the poser session as well as coffee breaks.
